The DuPage County Expungement Clinic will provide free legal assistance to individuals seeking to clear their criminal record. Volunteer attorneys will consult with you on your available options, prepare the documents to request an expungement or sealing of your eligible records, and provide guidance on the process from start to finish.

Volunteers are needed to help direct participants, answer questions, and perform administrative tasks like electronic filing. Law students, paralegals or paralegal students are encouraged to volunteer.
I am an attorney (practicing, retired or inactive) and I would like to volunteer to prepare petitions for participants

Attorneys are needed to meet with clients. Training and CLE credit will be provided.
